Our hosting provider records standard server logs for every visit (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) to keep the site secure and running. We do not currently use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies on this site — see our Cookie Policy for details.
How we use your information
- To respond to demo requests and follow up about Mayil AI.
- To send the newsletter you signed up for, and the occasional marketing tip.
- To operate, secure and improve the site.
How we share your information
We use Resend to deliver transactional and newsletter email on our behalf, and we may forward demo request details to our own internal systems (such as a CRM) so our team can follow up with you. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, or until you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing legal@mayildigital.com. Every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link.
Children's privacy
This site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
